Richard and Maria Wojtczak are the creators of DrivingMBA™, a revolutionary experiential driver-tutoring program that uses technology to respond to changes in our culture with respect to driving issues. Richard has over 30 years of experience in automotive industry information systems as well as experience with organizational learning principles.

For more than 20 years, Maria designed and facilitated organization change programs, including training and coaching high-profile executives in change management. Richard and Maria combined their expertise to develop the DrivingMBA program. This program has pioneered contemporary driver education, and is swiftly and dramatically improving the driving abilities of Arizona’s teens and adults.
